Return conditions

14-day return window

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

Item condition

Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Hygiene policy

For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and tops can only be returned if the hygiene sticker is still fully intact and the item has not been tried on without underwear. Items without the hygiene sticker will not be accepted.

Sale items

Items purchased during a sale are eligible for store credit only — not a cash refund. Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at lajoyaswim@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

How to return

Request your return — email us at lajoyaswim@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Please do this within 14 days of receiving your order.

Pack it up — place the item(s) back in the original packaging with tags attached and the hygiene sticker intact. Include your order number or a note with your name.

Ship it back — we'll provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Receive your refund — once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns that are sent back without prior approval. Please always contact us first before sending anything back.

Exchanges

No direct exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your new piece as quickly as possible.
