Return & Refund Policy

Not fully happy with your order? We get it. Here's how returns and refunds work at La Jōya.

Returns

You have the legal right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This period starts on the day you (or a third party you've designated) receive the product. Once you've let us know you'd like to return an item, you then have another 14 days to actually send the product back to us.

Return conditions

To process your return smoothly, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
  • All tags and the hygiene sticker/liner are still attached and undamaged;
  • The item is preferably returned in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, please always try on swimwear over your own underwear. We're unfortunately unable to accept returns that don't meet the conditions above, and will send them back to you.

Excluded from return

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Pre-orders follow their own policy; see our pre-order policy for details.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning your order is at your own expense.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at lajoyaswim@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return;
  2. Pack the item carefully, including tags and hygiene sticker;
  3. Send the package to the address we'll provide by email.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, you'll get a refund within 14 days. This amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used for your order. For a partial return, you'll only receive a refund for the returned item(s); original shipping costs are refunded only if you return your entire order.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a suitable solution together, such as a free exchange or refund.
